I do not have a Paypal account, can I still place an order?

No problem.  On checkout you will be redirected to the Paypal site.  You can create an account there, or you can use your credit card without making a Paypal account.

Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, personal checks are accepted, but your order will not be shipped until your check clears.  This typically take 2-5 business days after receiving your check. 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders during our business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Call our toll free number at 1-877-511-8864.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat fee for shipping of $10 per item.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.

What is the return policy?

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product.  Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging with all materials included.  RMA's may be requested by phone at 1-877-511-8864 or via e-mail at RMA@digitalcameras4u.com. Requests for RMA's must include a detailed description of why the product is being returned.  A 15% restocking charge will be charged for non-defective products.  Shipping damage must be address with the shipping service.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Unless otherwise specified, all manufacturer warranties are in affect and all defects should be addressed as per information shipped with the product.
